Friday Favorites {No. 25} The magic of ordinary days...

I didn't take a bunch of pictures this week, so this post will be short and sweet.  :-)

I'm IN LOVE with this charm bracelet.  I purchased it along with my Les Miz tote bag at the Cadillac Theatre in Chicago when I went to see Les Miserables on stage.  Oh, memories!

I've been playing around with more hairstyles... Andrew's reaction to this was, "Is that your hair?"  When I said that, yes, it was, his eyes widened, "Cool!".  Funny note: two maintenance men came earlier this week (the day I had my hair like this) to fix our oven and the older of the two looked at me the moment he stepped through the door and asked, "How long did it take for you to do that hairstyle?"  I said, "Not very long."  He raised his eyebrows and smiled, "It's pretty awesome!"

:-)

Speaking of awesome:  my hubby is quite a good cook!  One night this week we had spicy chicken and homemade Italian soup!!  YUM!

Lastly, I must introduce my new pet, Javert! He is such a beautiful Half Moon Beta. He is very active for his breed (which I really like!). He loves to show off his gorgeous colors.

Since he is named after a character of Les Miserables, I thought it quite appropriate to have a touch of France in his little tank! I chose the name Javert because Beta fish are loners, very intense, and quite mean to other fish that might try to bother them. I think the name fits quite well. :-) Welcome to the family, Javert!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

God bless!

LOVE your hair! Did you bobby pin the three braids together? Or how did you get them to stay?

Natasha~ Yes, I used bobby pins to hold it all up. Thankfully I didn't need too many to make it stay. I'm hoping to maybe do some more hair tutorials soon... this would definitely be one of them!

Blessings!
