My library card!!!
It's a strange feelings. I've used my family account even when I could have gotten my own for a while now... but I've been spending so much time there recently and have been bringing so many books home that my Mom and I decided that it was high time I got my own account.
And, of course, nothing screams ADULT more than a girl walking around with a goofy smile on her face, waving a library card around like its a million dollar bill.
But, still... I'm excited and thought I would share my excitement with you! I love libraries so much. I love the smell of books. Even if you don't bring anything home, it's amazing just to STAND in side a library and walk the halls of high-stacked shelves.
Also, I got a new desktop background for my username on my family's computer. I use my personal laptop for fun pics of family, friends, or Andrew and me. But on the family computer I use pics from movies I love, themes I like, or places I adore. Right now it is the perfect combination of gorgeous scenery and Irish folk music. I am very Irish through my mother's family and hope to someday stand on the beautiful shores of Ireland. Till then, I shall delight myself with images and music. :-)

Congratulations on getting your library card! I have loved the library for many years, even though I haven't been going at all lately. My library card is almost more special than any of my other cards!
