beautiful spontaneity

Last week one of my dear friends spent an evening with my family.  It is so wonderful to just enjoy life with people you love...

Here is a little glimpse of one of the many fun things that happened!  My sister, Jessica, and Hannah are both violinists and always have a great time trying new things together.  If you have watched "Master and Commander", you will probably recognize this song that they starting playing (Hannah is on the left and Jessie is the one strumming her violin).  They didn't really rehearse it, so, of course, it isn't perfect... but don't they sound great together?!  They also did a fantastic duet of "Music of the Night" which, unfortunately, wasn't recorded.  Maybe next time!
Hope you enjoyed!  Pictures will soon be coming from my recent trip to South Dakota!
God bless!

That is beautiful! I always wanted to play violin. Maybe I'll learn someday. =)

Does your sister play mandolin, as well? I know mando's are similar to violin, except they have two of each string, not just one.

Everyone~ Thank you for all of your sweet comments! I may have to put up more videos now that I've figured out how easy it is! :)

Alison~ Jessie plays violin and piano, but not mandolin. She is a natural musician though, I'm sure she could learn! :)
